About This Project

Cvent, a market leader in event management software, hosted the 2013 Corporate Meeting Summit at the beautiful Peabody Hotel in Orlando, Florida attracting hundreds of meeting planners representing major brands from around the world. Cvent turned to Restin to produce a social media center to anchor the brand’s presence in the central “Innovation Pavilion.” The social media center included a custom branded tower, real-time social media display, and four rental massage chairs. Event attendees flocked to the social media center to relax in the massage chairs during the fast paced client summit. While they relaxed, attendees engaged with the social media display by tweeting and tagging photos on Instagram with the event #hashtag. Everyone enjoyed seeing their own tweets and posts displayed along with the official Cvent social content.
